These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the kp67 platform, including all betting, casino, payments, and account services. By registering an account with kp67 you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, and play on kp67. The platform reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be underage will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
Each player may hold only one kp67 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to exploit bonuses or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited. kp67 will close duplicate accounts and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
All kp67 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in bonus forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for keeping your kp67 login credentials confidential. kp67 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or inadequately protected your password. Enable 2FA to protect your account.
Withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) to be completed on your kp67 account. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds. kp67 processes withdrawals in good faith but reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud or abuse is suspected.
Using kp67 for money laundering, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, full forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kp67. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the kp67 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all provisions contained herein. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kp67 ("kp67", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kp67.pro ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the kp67 platform including, but not limited to, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, slots, promotional participation, and customer support interactions.
kp67 operates as an online gaming platform under an internationally recognised gaming licence. All games offered on the kp67 platform are independently audited for return-to-player fairness by accredited third-party testing agencies. kp67 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of player protection, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. kp67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
To register and use the kp67 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
kp67 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of your relationship with the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kp67 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Employees of kp67, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, software providers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
Each player may register only one (1) account on the kp67 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. kp67 will use this information for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.
Your kp67 account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party. kp67 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
kp67 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.
kp67 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit on the kp67 platform. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or their USDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. kp67 processes verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must complete the kp67 KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a proof of address document not older than three months. Withdrawals requested by unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC.
kp67 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which kp67 accepts no responsibility. Crypto network fees for USDT transactions are borne by the Player.
kp67 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. Where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, kp67 may freeze the relevant account and withhold funds pending investigation, without prior notice to the Player.
All sports bets placed on kp67 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. These rules are published within the kp67 sportsbook and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
kp67 reserves the right to suspend, void, or limit any betting market at any time and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a market has been created in error, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where the integrity of an event is in doubt.
Maximum bet limits apply across all sports markets on kp67. These limits may vary by sport, event, and market type, and are subject to change at kp67's discretion. kp67 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.
Bets accepted in error — including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds — may be voided by kp67. Where a bet has been accepted at an obvious error price, kp67 will attempt to notify the Player and may offer to settle the bet at the correct price or void the wager entirely.
In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to additional rules governing bet acceptance timing, connectivity delays, and mid-event market suspension. kp67 does not accept liability for bets placed during known connectivity issues or platform interruptions.
The kp67 live casino and slots products are provided through agreements with third-party game studios and live casino platform providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. All games are independently certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all kp67 slot and RNG game titles represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual player or session. Results in all kp67 casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
kp67 reserves the right to void casino game rounds where a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption has demonstrably affected the outcome of the round. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's account. kp67 will not pay out on game results produced by a technical error.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all casino game tables and slots on kp67. These limits are displayed within each game prior to participation. kp67 reserves the right to modify table limits at any time.
kp67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each bonus or promotion is governed by individual terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods — which are published alongside the offer on the kp67 platform and form part of these Terms.
Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of the number of times specified in the offer before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus will always be used before bonus funds in the wagering cycle.
Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any withdrawals made from bonus funds.
kp67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. kp67 further reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
Bonuses and promotional offers on kp67 are intended for recreational players. Players who kp67 determines are using the platform primarily for professional or systematic exploitation of bonus offers may have their access to future promotions restricted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kp67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement agencies:
kp67 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on kp67, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
kp67 uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. kp67 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
kp67 may share your data with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or as necessary to operate the platform securely and in compliance with its licence obligations.
kp67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the kp67 platform may request self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting the kp67 support team. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion. All content on the kp67 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, logos, graphics, text, audio, video, and the kp67 brand name and trademarks — is the exclusive property of kp67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kp67 platform content without the express prior written consent of kp67. Unauthorised use of kp67 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp67 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive — arising from your use of the kp67 platform, including losses arising from: platform unavailability or downtime; errors in odds, prices, or game results subsequently corrected; loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; or reliance on information published on the platform.
kp67's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit kp67's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
kp67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if kp67 reasonably believes that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause, kp67 may withhold any balance in the Player's account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, kp67 may forfeit any or all funds held in the account.
Players may close their kp67 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file within the standard processing timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kp67 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through kp67's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
kp67 operates an internal complaints procedure for Players wishing to raise a formal dispute. To initiate a complaint, contact the kp67 support team via live chat on the platform or at [email protected]. kp67 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
kp67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kp67 will notify registered Players by email or via a notice on the platform. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the kp67 platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
